For this year, the organizers have certainly made an extra effort on the lineup, which is skewed towards international bands with a good variation of different takes on underground (mostly) black metal and its various styles. According to the main organizer Kruxator (pictured below), heavy duty groundwork has been done in order to build a handpicked festival lineup from interesting and special underground bands that you wouldn't hear live every day, especially locally speaking. 

The already mentioned lineup confirms that statement without a doubt. The furthest visitors are two Italian bands Black Raptus and Indren, with additional European representation being championed by Drengskapur from Germany, Odium Humani Generis and Loathfinder from Poland, and Unholy Obscurity from Austria. The Baltic presence is strong as well of course, with Lithuanian reinforcements Sisyphean and H8blst leading the charge, with Zieminieki hoisting the Latvian flag. From the local Estonian bands the selection includes Fern Flower, Tuisk, Ziegenhorn, and partially Estonian international project Burial Moon. This time the northern most visitors of the festival are from Finland, with Moonstruck completing the lineup of 14 bands.

Tarbariitus is one of those raw and honest festivals, with the true meaning of Underground spirit acting as the catalyst for the whole show. With presale tickets ranging from young student tickets of 21€, to the regular ticket of 39€ and a supporter ticket being 60€, a trip to the Estonian black metal city under the horns is definitely more than worth it.
